In the first quarter of the college football game between Texas State and Boise State, scheduled for October 31 at 10:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if Texas State and Boise State combine to score 14 or more points in the first quarter. If the combined first quarter total is less than 14, this market will resolve to "Under". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
