1H Spread: Penn State (-1.5)

In the first half of the college football game between Penn State and Washington, scheduled for November 7 at 3:30 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Penn State" if Penn State outscore Washington by 2 or more points in the first half. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "Washington". Only points scored during that period count; overtime is not included. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
